Bring something from your life: a decision, an idea, a story, or a situation you’d like to handle more comfortably. We’ll use it as a starting point and work on expressing what you mean.
The aim is for you to leave with something useful: a way to say it, a better understanding, or one thing to try next.

A little continuity
goes a long way.
Your next lesson should pick up a thread. Your aims, what we noticed in your speaking, and a manageable activity between sessions all help keep that thread going.
